Overview

Role
  • Anticipating and attending to guest queries.
  • Checking guests in and out with efficiency, friendliness and flair.
  • Processing daily guest transactions and accounts accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborating with other departments, to ensure that the Hotel's rooms are properly prepared for arriving guests.
  • Happily working to busy rosters that range across 7am - 11pm over a 7-day roster.
About You
  • Previous guest service experience (hotel experience an advantage)
  • A logical, common sense approach to resolving concerns.
  • An empathic ability to anticipate our guests\' needs.
  • Proficient in computer applications (Opera PMS an advantage)
  • Having a manual driver's licence.
  • Familiar with Newcastle and the wider Hunter region.
  • Demonstrated 'can-do' approach to your duties.
