Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires a strong ability to manage site and construction integrity, work closely with sub-contractors, suppliers, and clients to deliver high-quality homes, while maintaining excellent customer service and communication.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day construction activities ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Conduct regular WHS Site inspections to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Provide regular communication to clients on job progress, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for managing sub-contractors and suppliers regularly.
  • Oversee the maintenance of job site integrity, ensuring all construction work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Complete thorough inspections on all jobs to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Current White Card
  • Relevant building qualifications (e.g., Certificate III in Building and Construction)
  • Proven experience in residential home construction with a focus on project management.
  • Ability to understand and interpret construction drawings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
