Residential Landscape Construction Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced landscape construction professional to join our team as a Residential Landscape Construction Team Lead. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication skills, project management experience, and a passion for delivering high-quality projects.

  • This position involves overseeing the installation of residential landscapes, managing project timeframes and materials, and ensuring efficient construction progress.
  • You will be responsible for effectively communicating with staff, clients, and subcontractors, as well as participating in 'on the job training' for apprentices and junior staff.
  • Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality in construction is essential for this role.

To succeed in this position, you will require:

  • A Trade qualification (Landscape Construction - Cert III or higher)
  • A current NSW Driver's License
  • Minimum 2 years structural landscape construction experience as a qualified trades person
