Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily site operations, ensuring smooth execution of all construction phases.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, deliveries, and milestones to drive project success.
- Maintain rigorous safety standards and enforce compliance on site.
- Optimize project timelines, productivity, and build quality through effective leadership.
- Attend site meetings, collaborate with consultants, and liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Provide regular project updates and progress reports to the delivery lead.
- Proven experience in managing high-end residential or apartment projects as a Site Manager.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, trade coordination, and project control principles.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly regarding finishes and presentation.
- Able to lead teams confidently, clearly, and with a solutions-focused mindset.
- Exceptional communication and reporting skills.
- Relevant trade background or tertiary qualifications in construction.
