We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for overseeing and administering records management and information systems. You will also effectively manage and ensure compliance with relevant human resource, financial management and other standards, policies and legislation relevant to the operations of the department.
- Liaise with management and staff to ensure efficient delivery of administrative support services;
- Provide leadership in the delivery of financial, human resource, operational, equipment and facility services within the context of the department's strategic plan;
- Develop and maintain management information systems and records management systems to provide relevant information to the Director and Executive Director;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a team environment;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge of financial management and human resource principles;
