About The Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a talented and driven Intellectual Property Lawyer who is passionate about advancing their career with a leading industry-recognised team.

Working with a prestigious range of clients from ASX-listed and multinational companies to high net worth individuals and SMEs, you will benefit from working directly with their IP partner on front and back end IP matters.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Front end and contentious IP matters
  • Trade mark applications
  • Managing client trade mark portfolios
  • IP disputes and litigation (e.g. trade marks, patents, designs, copyright)
  • General IP and commercial work

About You:

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 1-3 years PAE in intellectual property law (ideally with mid to top tier law firms) and a genuine desire to build a successful career in IP
  • Demonstrated experience in managing client matters, taking instructions and engaging with clients and other advisors
  • Excellent client relationship building skills
  • Initiative and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Well-developed time management and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
