With a rapidly expanding client base and a track record of success, they are now looking for a skilled Trade Mark attorney to join their accomplished team.
YOUR NEW ROLE
As a valued member of this agile and innovative law firm, you will work closely with the managing principal, a seasoned entrepreneur and former top-tier lawyer, engaging in diverse and challenging work for a wide range of clients across Australia.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising on intellectual property law, primarily focusing on trade marks;
- Handling commercial transactions, including contracts, corporate law, privacy regulations, employment issues, defamation, and non-trade mark intellectual property matters (such as copyright, designs, and patents).

WHO YOU ARE

- Are admitted solicitors in Australia;
- Possess a minimum of 2 years experience in commercial law (essential) and intellectual property law (preferable but not mandatory);
- Exhibit strong attention to detail, excellent drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with commercial insight;
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and are willing to engage in business development and marketing;
