We're seeking enthusiastic graduates from a range of disciplines to take on a challenging 18-month program.

About the Role

This rotational graduate program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various aspects of our business, including crop planning, pest and disease management, irrigation, and soil management.

  • Rotational positions: 3 x 6-month rotations in different produce categories at different locations.
  • Permanent graduate positions: ongoing opportunities in key talent growing hubs.

Successful applicants will receive a fixed-term 18-month contract with a competitive salary, laptop, phone, and uniform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the implementation of crop management strategies.
  • Set up field trials to test new crop varieties, fertilisers, pesticides, and techniques.
  • Monitor crop health and diagnose issues.
  • Collect and analyse data on crop performance and yield.
  • Develop and monitor post-harvest techniques to reduce spoilage and maintain freshness.
  • Conduct inspections for hygiene, contamination, pesticide residues, and microbial quality.
Requirements
  • Be in your final year or recently finished a bachelor's or postgraduate degree.
  • Hold a valid driver's licence.
  • Have own personal reliable transport with relevant insurances.
  • Be ready and willing to relocate and work in different sites during the program.
  • Must have full working rights in Australia.
