
Agricultural Territory Growth Manager

About This Role
This is a challenging position that requires a sales and customer success expert to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction within a designated territory.
As the primary point of contact for customers in this territory, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and meeting ambitious growth targets.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Support, and other regional sales teams, to share insights and gather feedback from the field that can inform product improvements and innovations.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the agricultural industry and its unique challenges, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage a large territory.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Prospecting and expansion: Sourcing new leads and opportunities through proactive outreach, referrals, industry events, and other channels
- Hitting sales targets: Managing your pipeline and meeting high-growth sales targets by screening, qualifying, demonstrating the product, and successfully negotiating contracts with customers
- Customer account management: Maintaining close relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction, providing support, and addressing any challenges they face with our products
- Territory ownership: Taking ownership of your territory and working with regional agricultural groups to foster deep relationships across the industry
- Customer onboarding: Assisting in owning the end-to-end customer experience during onboarding and deployment of our product, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation
- Field learnings and feedback: Serving as the primary point of contact for gathering customer feedback in your territory and working closely with Support, Product, and R&D teams to share insights that can drive product improvements and innovations
