Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate resource allocation across multiple teams.
  • Support project management with administrative duties such as updating project plans, weekly reporting and project billing activities.
  • Manage small implementation projects and additional services projects.
  • Nurture collaborative relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Promote departmental improvement initiatives to enhance team and client experience.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrate prior experience in project coordination and scheduling in a technical or professional services environment.
  • Understanding of terminology used in a technology context.
  • Commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience with strong customer service skills.
  • Possession of passion for building collaborative relationships.
  • Focused on providing attention to detail required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in writing reports and documentation.
