Job Title: Project Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of projects.

  • Coordinate project scheduling, track progress, and manage project documentation to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with project team members to identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues during the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, contributing to the development and improvement of project management processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budget forecasts.
  • Manage project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and status updates.
  • Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and sponsors to ensure alignment and expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in project management software, including Microsoft Project and other related tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
