Senior Consultant Opportunity

You'll work with diverse teams and innovative solutions to drive success.

  • Participate in due diligence engagements related to acquisitions or disposals of businesses, analysing financial/operational results, conducting interviews, preparing pro forma financial information, and identifying issues impacting purchase price and deal structuring.
  • Project manage information flows, manage key stakeholders, and write up findings and recommendations for clear communication and effective decision-making.
  • Identify business development opportunities and assist Partners and Directors on proposals and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, you'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on strategic transactions, tax, and corporate finance.

Requirements

Ideally, you'll have a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics, be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or international equivalent, and possess a strong work ethic and adaptability.
