We are seeking an experienced Business Development Leader to lead our tax and business advisory services team in Sydney.
About the role- Lead a team of professionals in providing complex client groups with strategic advice and guidance.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and drive business growth through strategic work and relationship building.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in commerce or accounting, 7+ years' professional experience in tax and business advisory services, and previous experience leading a team. They will be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on tax and business matters.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work autonomously, be involved in business advisory and strategic work, receive ongoing development and training opportunities, and enjoy flexibility in workplace arrangements.
