Job Title: Student Journey Marketing Lead

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead our student journey marketing efforts. As a seasoned marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive results and deliver quality work that connects with hearts and minds.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, including post-campaign reporting. You will also have experience working in lead generation, content marketing or direct marketing.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with media, content, admissions, and student success teams to ensure every activity is aligned to strategy and delivers outcomes.

In this role, you will cultivate a deep understanding of our portfolio programs and find new ways to connect students to what makes each program valuable.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, driving results and delivering quality work that connects with hearts and minds.

Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary degree.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, including post-campaign reporting.
  • Experience working in lead generation, content marketing or direct marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in using data for reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and delivering insights to drive improvement and innovation.
