Job Title: Ports Engineer Practice Lead

We seek an experienced engineer with a proven track record in ports engineering to join our team.

Serve as a practice builder and expand our expertise in ports engineering.

  • Develop business development strategies to increase revenue and market share.

  • Perform structural analysis and design for marine and upland components.
  • Lead project teams in developing plans, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
  2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in analysis and design of port structures.
  3. Professional Engineer (PE) License in the State of Florida.
  4. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  5. Previous experience in analysis and design of medium to large-scale ports/maritime/structures and preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates.
