About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Project Coordinator to join our team in Townsville, supporting the delivery of projects across Regional Queensland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing paperwork, collaborating with stakeholders, and coordinating workflows using Ellipse software.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well with diverse groups and navigate a highly political environment with sensitivity and professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel is required, with experience in Microsoft Teams and Ellipse being a plus.
