Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Plan, coordinate, and control project activities, resources, and timelines.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Manage project budgets, costs, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate and lead project meetings, workshops, and site visits.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven project management experience in the construction industry.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
