We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Surgical Robotics Product Specialist.

  • This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding division in the ANZ region, working with a global leader in medical devices that is transforming surgical care through innovation.
About You:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications, preferably in a related field.
  • Proven experience in clinical support or capital equipment sales.
  • A strong understanding of operating room environments and ability to work effectively within them.
  • Skilled project execution from concept to implementation.
  • Experience in change management, highly regarded.
  • Willingness to travel and occasionally work weekends.

This role involves working with cutting-edge technology, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the growth and success of a next-generation robotics platform. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supporting the installation and setup of surgical robot systems across Q'land hospitals.
  2. Collaborating with Field Service Engineers and OR staff to prepare surgical environments.
  3. Coordinating and executing tailored training programs for surgeons and hospital teams.
  4. Guiding hospital staff on instrument reprocessing and sterilisation.
  5. Delivering ongoing coaching and support to clinical teams post-installation.
  6. Tracking and reporting outcomes that demonstrate the system's clinical and operational value.
  7. Assisting with awareness initiatives and customer engagement.
  8. Supporting broader technology adoption by attending non-robotic cases.
  9. Managing data capture and reporting processes.
