About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable
Robotic Systems Operator
to join our team on large-scale utility projects across Australia.
You will operate our proprietary devices and machines on site, supporting innovative aerial robotics operations in a variety of challenging environments.
This is a
Fly In Fly Out (FIFO)
opportunity with Monday-to-Friday work while on client sites.
The role will initially be based in Brisbane for
two weeks of training and equipment familiarisation
, followed by travel to project sites across NSW, Adelaide, and Brisbane.
Job Title:
Robotic Systems Operator (FIFO)
Location:
Brisbane (Geebung), with interstate travel to NSW, Adelaide, and Brisbane work sites
Contract Duration:
15th September - 19th December 2025
Pay:
$43 - $45.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Operate airborne robotics and drones in field environments (
no prior drone pilot experience required
).
Charge and maintain drone batteries in field conditions.
Operate proprietary devices and machinery on large-scale utility projects.
Work safely on site and stay at designated camp locations as required.
Follow all company and safety procedures on high-risk or remote sites.
Requirements
Preferred to be
based in Brisbane
.
Availability for
FIFO work
and interstate travel.
White Card
mandatory.
Experience on
large construction, mining, or automation sites
is highly desirable.
LAFHA
applicable for employees living away from home.
4WD training (RIIVEH305F)
is desirable but not essential.
Must be physically fit and comfortable working in
field environments and remote camp sites
.
Training & Onboarding
First
2 weeks in Brisbane
for equipment familiarisation, inductions, and training on our proprietary systems.
Full training will be provided for all operational and safety procedures.
