Robotics Systems Integration Lead

We are seeking an experienced engineer to serve as the integration and operations lead for prototype warehouse robotics installations.

This role combines cross-discipline technical expertise with operations and project management to play a crucial part in the development of a large robotics fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage technical operations of internal prototype installations, ensuring they are operational, maintained, and available for hardware tests and software development.
  • Investigate system failures across the full stack, from mechanical assemblies through networking, performing rapid diagnosis and reporting issues to responsible engineers.
  • Mentor field engineering teams in commissioning and operational procedures, serving as a high-level technical contact across multiple deployment sites.
  • Verify system performance under operational conditions, stress-testing hardware and software integration to identify failure modes before customer deployment.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with prototype installation and commissioning processes.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with robotics systems and their components.
