We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide one-on-one support and training to participants, helping them develop the skills and confidence required within employment in the community.
About the Role- The successful candidate will work closely with new and existing participants across multiple sites to guide them in their roles and keep them on task.
- A genuine passion for training and mentoring others is essential.
- You'll need to be willing to travel across various locations.
- Flexibility to work casual hours as required is necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- National Police Check must be obtained.
- Working with Vulnerable People Check must be obtained.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check must be obtained.
- First Aid/CPR certificates must be held.
- Make a meaningful impact in the disability support sector.
- Be part of a supportive and values-driven team.
- Ongoing professional development opportunities are available.
