Rehabilitation Consultant Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled individuals to join our Rehabilitation team in a flexible hybrid working environment. Our goal is to deliver best-in-industry workplace rehabilitation, injury management and wellbeing services across all personal injury schemes.

Duties of a Rehabilitation Consultant
  • Empower Injured Clients: Guide clients through their rehabilitation journey with innovative support and solutions that make a lasting difference.
  • Client Portfolio Management: Actively manage client portfolios with commitment and care.
  • Collaborative Partnerships: Establish partnerships with clients and stakeholders to achieve safe and sustainable outcomes.
  • Assessments: Conduct vocational and non-vocational assessments.
  • Culture Contribution: Contribute to our safe and supportive workplace culture where all colleagues feel appreciated and valued.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Professional Qualifications: Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Osteopath, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist qualifications.
  • Registration: Registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC or RCA.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle or one of the vehicle perks offered.
