As a key member of the Regulatory Operations Branch, we are seeking a Risk and Insights Specialist to play a vital role in identifying and assessing regulatory risks.

The successful candidate will be placed in either the Monitoring and Triage or Vetting teams, where they will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and responding to potential non-compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth) (AML/CTF Act)
  • Collecting information and intelligence to make evidence-based recommendations and judgements
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of internal policies and procedures
  • Undertaking research and analysis of current and emerging regulatory issues
  • Developing and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Training, mentoring and developing team members

The successful applicant will undergo a security assessment, maintain an ongoing security clearance, and satisfy pre-engagement checks. To be eligible for assessment, applicants must be an Australian citizen.
