Job Title: Automation Equipment Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Automation Equipment Specialist to join our team. As an Automation Equipment Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of Automated Store Pick Warehouses.

Your responsibilities will include preparing equipment such as robots, ASRS systems, pallet conveyors, and other tools to ensure they run smoothly and reliably. This includes clearing out any leftover debris and keeping the environment controlled during final testing.

You will work closely with the Project and Service Teams to prepare the site for live operations, focusing on making sure all equipment is technically ready and the site is clean and safe for customer testing and handover.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Quickly resolve system blockages and collaborate with the team to minimize delays.
  • Document system issues to help prevent future occurrences.
  • Focus on resolving issues correctly the first time and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with other teams and serve as a helpful resource for questions.
  • Monitor live dashboards to detect and fix slowdowns before they become major problems.
  • Support the setup and testing of the system to ensure a seamless transition to live operations.
  • Fully adhere to safety protocols, report hazards, and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment for everyone.
