Industrial Automation Technician

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Manufacturing Operations Specialist. This role will involve troubleshooting, maintaining and improving automated equipment and machinery to optimize production operations.
The ideal candidate will have advanced technical expertise in industrial systems and automation, with hands-on experience in pneumatics, hydraulics and electrical systems.
Responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting and repairing equipment involving pneumatics, hydraulics and electrical systems.
- Programming, modifying and troubleshooting PLC logic to support manufacturing operations.
- Performing robot programming, setup and adjustments to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Applying basic fabrication skills for equipment repair and modification.
- Working with Allen Bradley and Siemens systems for automation controls and integration.
Candidates must have a proven track record of experience in industrial automation, including PLC programming and troubleshooting, robot programming and fabrication skills.
In addition, the successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
Required qualifications include an Associate's degree or technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation or related field, with relevant industry experience.
