Career Opportunity: Learning and Development Professional

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in capability development and proven ability to coordinate and deliver learning programs, workshops and events.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead program logistics and communications to ensure seamless execution and participant experience.
- Liaise with stakeholders to secure venues, presenters, and operational support.
- Manage participant registration and oversee pre-and post-program communications.
- Ensure current and high-quality program materials.
- Project manage key learning initiatives like Mirvac Masters, including planning, stakeholder engagement, timeline management and delivery oversight.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
- Act as primary point of contact for the Learning mailbox, responding within 48 hours.
- Build relationships with internal teams and external vendors to support program delivery and continuous improvement.
- Learning Systems & Reporting:
- Manage learning systems, including session setup, attendance tracking, invitation management, feedback collection, and reporting.
- Monitor and analyse learning data to identify trends, measure impact and support decision-making.
- Capability Development & Continuous Improvement:
- Analyse survey and feedback data to identify opportunities for program enhancement and improved learner outcomes.
- Contribute to refining learning offerings to align with organisational goals and employee needs.
You must have a minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in learning or related roles.
Proven ability to schedule, manage logistics and communicate effectively is essential for this role.
Strong interpersonal skills, proactive mindset, and clear communication are required.
