Are you passionate about childcare and education? We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Educator to join our team at one of our purpose-built campuses in Leichhardt. This campus is located in the bustling hub of Norton street plaza, providing endless opportunities for children to develop holistically. Our campus features well-resourced indoor learning environments, three dedicated outdoor learning/play spaces, vegetable & herb gardens, sandpits, a mud kitchen, and a bike track.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Educator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to study a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care while gaining hands-on experience working with children.

As a Trainee Educator, you will be part of a supportive team environment where you can collaborate with experienced Early Childhood professionals, receive mentoring, and learn on the job. You will have time to study, a mentor, and the chance to practice setting up experiences for children.

You will learn about age-appropriate activities for children, how to keep them safe, and how to supervise and interact with them. You will also support and lead group times and facilitate opportunities for children to learn through play.
