Complex Claims Manager

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced case manager to oversee a portfolio of complex workers compensation claims. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and the ability to provide support to injured workers throughout their recovery and return to work.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Provide claim advice to stakeholders, including providers and employers.
- Manage claims in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless claim processing.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing claims in a workers compensation/personal injury environment.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including Work Injury Rehabilitation Comp Act.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
