We are seeking a skilled Customer Banking Specialist Relief to join our VIC South West team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing financial solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Support customers with account maintenance, credit product applications, and financial health checks.
  • Educate customers on our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
  • Problem solve and provide effective solutions to customer inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a financial services or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate financial terms.
  • Ability to work in a busy and commercially driven retail environment.
