Role Summary

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to manage projects from design through to delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Project Manager or Contract Administrator looking to develop their project experience in the aviation sector.

  • Manage projects across various stages, including design and delivery.
  • Oversee design briefs, tender documents, and contractor/consultant engagement.
  • Lead contract administration with a focus on time, cost, and quality.
  • Coordinate the design and delivery of projects with complex staging, multiple stakeholders, and tight timeframes.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including councils and airport authorities.
  • Deliver programs of work on time, with clear reporting to clients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Project Manager, Junior/Assistant PM or Contract Administrator, in civil or construction projects.
  • Strong design management skills across concept and detailed phases.
  • Contract administration and project delivery experience.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and approvals management.
  • Relevant qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or Architecture.
