Facilities Manager Role

Candidates for this role will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of facilities management services by monitoring contractors to meet contract and SLA requirements.
Main Responsibilities:- Contractor Monitoring: Ensure contractors adhere to programs and contracts
- Client Support: Respond to client requests and maintain clear communication
- Team Assistance: Provide support to senior staff and deliver precedent-based policy interpretation and advice
- Process Improvement: Recommend improvements to systems and procedures
- Facility Knowledge: Maintain a good working knowledge of the site and its equipment
The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer service mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and a current driver's license are also essential.
