Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team in Sydney. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of quality facilities management services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process supplier payments and ensure accuracy in client invoicing.
  • Meet monthly invoicing submission deadlines.
  • Perform general accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll tasks.
  • Handle other ad hoc administrative requirements as requested by clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven capability in managing high-volume transactional environments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong background in contract administration or similar administrative functions.
  • Familiarity with facilities or property management operations is highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and exposure to enterprise systems such as SAP.
