About the Role

A seasoned facility manager is sought to oversee the management of a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties in the Pennant Hills area.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive facilities management services, with a focus on hard and soft building services management, service contract management, and budget oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining building presentation standards, ensuring all plant and equipment are properly maintained.
  • Preparing specifications and preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Assisting with capital expenditure budget preparation and management.
  • Responding to ad-hoc requests for repair and maintenance.
  • Providing regular reports on significant issues affecting the properties.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Extensive experience in property or facilities management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of building technical services, particularly HVAC, fire protection, and electrical services.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft suite products.
  • Ability to work autonomously and juggle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
