Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must possess experience leading customer-focused tech services in complex organisations, advanced knowledge of Microsoft technologies (M365, Intune, Teams, Exchange), and a practical approach to implementation and support.

Familiarity with governance tools like AvePoint to deliver secure, efficient collaboration in Microsoft 365 is also required, along with hands-on experience with simulation, visualisation, room bookings, digital signage, and AV/VC systems.

A track record of delivering major ICT initiatives with strong problem-solving and big-picture thinking is expected, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder skills with a respectful, team-focused approach.
