Digital Legal Strategist

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Lead Legal Strategist to drive our digital transformation initiatives.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled legal professional to join our team and play a key role in shaping our digital future.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of legal principles and the ability to apply them effectively in a digital context.
- Provide specialist legal advice to executive leadership and staff on complex legal issues related to digital projects
- Research and review legislation and policies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Recommend strategies and actions to achieve organisational objectives
To be considered, candidates must be admitted as a Solicitor or Barrister of the Supreme Court of Queensland, hold a current practising certificate issued by the Queensland Law Society or Queensland Bar Association, and be fully compliant with all CPD requirements.
Key attributes include:
- Proven ability in conducting complex legal analysis and applying contemporary legal principles
- Effective communication skills, including negotiation and mediation
- Ability to work collaboratively to meet performance measures
- Delivery of high-quality, customer-focused legal services
This position is based in Brisbane, but working from a regional office may be considered under an approved Flexible Work Arrangement. Please note that if based regionally, travel to the Brisbane office may be required.
