Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Policy and Executive Support Officer to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for coordinating the preparation of high-quality briefings and reports on allied health policy, workforce, legislative, regulatory, and clinical governance issues.

Your Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project support through administration, coordination, research, and report preparation for multiple projects.
  • Provide executive support to senior management including secretariat support for committees.
Requirements
  • You must have experience in policy and executive support within demanding environments, demonstrating effective output management and coordination skills.
  • You must have knowledge of project management principles.
  • You must have strong written and oral communication skills.
  • You must be able to provide administrative support.
  • You must have critical thinking, research, and analytical skills.
  • You must be proficient with various IT systems and software, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
