Job Description:

The Facilities Manager oversees property leasing arrangements with an outsourced provider. This role requires managing routine and unscheduled maintenance, coordinating emergency planning and response services, and developing reports and policies.

Duties:

  • Ensure facilities management function maintains routine and unscheduled maintenance
  • Coordinate provision of emergency planning and response services
  • Develop reports, policies, briefing papers and correspondence
  • Provide on-call services for the agency on a roster basis
  • Advise and support the Business Continuity Committee

Requirements:

  • Proven ability and experience in managing or overseeing property-related functions
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and high attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Leadership in projects with clear plans to deliver
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategies, policies under the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF)
