Residential Care Leadership Opportunity

This position plays a critical role in ensuring overnight safety and well-being for young people in care.
The Overnight Care Leader provides supervision, support, coaching, and mentoring to a team of residential care workers across the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead nightly operations of residential care homes.
- Provide leadership and supervision to residential care workers.
- Ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
- Manage budgets and program planning.
- Implement therapeutic frameworks and best practices in case management.
- Develop and assist with staff rosters.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong listening and boundary-setting skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and multitasking abilities.
- Creative problem-solving and non-judgmental approach.
- A valid driver's license is essential for transporting young people.
- A minimum Cert IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention or equivalent qualification is required.
