Night Care Manager

About the Role:

This is a critical position that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team to provide high-quality care services. The Night Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of our residential care homes, ensuring that all residents receive the support and supervision they need.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and have a non-judgmental approach to life. A driver's license is essential for transporting young people, and a minimum Cert IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention or equivalent qualification is required.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the nightly operations of our residential care homes
  • Provide leadership and supervision to Residential Care Workers
  • Manage budgets and program planning
  • Develop and assist with house rosters
