Job Description

The Night Residential Care House Supervisor is responsible for providing supervision, support, coaching and mentoring to a team of Night Residential Care Workers across the region to ensure a high quality, therapeutically focused care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the nightly operations of the Residential Care homes.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to Residential Care Workers.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting requirements for program components.
  • Administer annual budgets and plan programs effectively.
  • Oversee the implementation of best practice in individual case management plans and foster an outcomes-focused team.
  • Develop and assist with house rosters.
Requirements
  • A minimum Cert IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Applicants must complete mandatory upskilling units as required by relevant authorities.
  • A driver's license (minimum green P's) is essential for transporting young people.
