We are seeking a dedicated leader to provide supervision, support, coaching, and mentoring to staff across the region, ensuring high-quality care.
- Manage nightly operations of residential care homes.
- Provide leadership and supervision to staff members.
- Comply with reporting requirements for program components.
- Oversee budget administration and program planning.
- Embed a therapeutic framework by overseeing best practice case management plans and fostering an outcomes-focused team.
Your Skills and Experience:
- You have excellent communication skills and can collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, prioritizing the well-being of young people.
- A strong communicator with active listening and professional boundaries.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to multitask with ease.
- Creative thinker with a non-judgmental approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of residential care homes.
- Provide guidance and supervision to staff members.
- Meet reporting requirements for program components.
- Administer and oversee budget planning.
- Foster a therapeutic framework by implementing best practice case management plans and leading an outcomes-focused team.
About You:
- A minimum Cert IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention or equivalent qualification is required.
- A valid driver's license is essential for transporting young people.
