Airway management and sleep disorder treatment specialists seek an experienced professional to join their team at a Joondalup clinic.
This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing sleep apnea treatments for patients, and collaborating with physicians to create personalized treatment plans.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide initial contact for new and existing clients
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and titration studies for sleep-disordered breathing
- Offer guidance on CPAP equipment, setup, and ongoing service requirements
- Follow up with newly diagnosed patients and support existing ones
- Educate patients and their families about sleep disorders, evaluation procedures, and available treatment options
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers
- Promote and upsell product range and services
- Maintain and sterilize clinic equipment
Experience in respiratory care or a related field is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with clients and healthcare professionals.
