Sleep Specialist

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as casual Sleep Specialists working from our inpatient laboratories, also performing home-based sleep study set-ups.
- Perform setup for in-lab sleep study patients including the application of electrodes and sensors to the patient.
- Set up patients for home-based sleep studies in our outpatient clinics.
- Interact with patients to explain testing and treatment procedures and ensure all relevant patient data is recorded accurately and comprehensively.
- Overnight monitoring of signals and ensuring the well-being of the patients.
- Scoring and analysis of polysomnographs, helping prepare provisional reports for our sleep physicians.
Requirements:
- A degree in health sciences (or related) is required for this role.
- Previous experience as a Sleep Specialist or Sleep Technologist is highly regarded but not required, as paid, in-house training will be provided.
