Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Therapeutic Support Specialist to join our Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) model. This role requires an individual who can provide supportive care to children and young people with disabilities, helping them thrive in a therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support children/young people to achieve personal goals and build their resilience
  • Assist in connecting them with family and culture, promoting a sense of belonging
  • Encourage participation in education and extracurricular activities to enhance competence and stability
  • Provide daily care and transportation as required, ensuring seamless support
  • Collaborate with our clinical and casework team to deliver comprehensive care

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong understanding of child development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. A Salary of AU$65,000 - AU$85,000 per annum is offered for this position, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
