About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Team Leader to join our new program in Wagga Wagga, NSW. The successful candidate will provide strong leadership and coordinate the requirements of the team on a day-to-day basis while ensuring the provision of services and support to staff and young people in line with CareSouth's Practice Framework.

The position is responsible for providing case management for clients in the program and requires previous experience in a related role, tertiary qualifications in Residential Care or a related area, and demonstrated experience managing a team. The successful applicant will have a proven ability to work within a Therapeutic Framework model of care and possess high-level written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strong leadership and coordination of the team on a day-to-day basis
  • Ensure the provision of services and support to staff and young people in line with CareSouth's Practice Framework
  • Provide case management for clients in the program
