**What will you be doing?** As a Youth Worker in our ITC program, you'll be providing trauma-informed, therapeutic care to young people with medium to high needs. You'll work in a supportive, values-driven environment to help ensure their safety and well-being. Key responsibilities include:

- Building positive, caring relationships with young people
- Supporting their daily living needs, such as transportation to school, appointments, and activities
- Being present in the ITC home and acting as a key part of the support team

**What we're looking for**:

- A Diploma in Youth Work or a related field
- A passion for helping vulnerable young people thrive and reach their potential
