About the Role

In this critical position, you will be responsible for leading a team in providing high-quality support services in a therapeutic home environment to clients aged 16 and over. As a Team Leader, you will work closely with clinicians to develop and monitor client-specific behavior intervention and support protocols.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Ensuring the provision of services and support to staff and young people aligns with CareSouth's Practice Framework.
  2. Providing case management for clients in the program.
  3. Leading a team to achieve program goals and objectives, including staffing, budget management, and reporting.

Candidates for this role must have:

  1. Previous experience in a related role, preferably in residential care or a similar setting.
  2. Tertiary qualifications in Residential Care, Certificate IV in Community Services, Welfare, or a related field.
  3. Proven flexibility, adaptability, and ability to respond to changing work demands.
  4. Strong leadership skills, including conflict negotiation and resolution.
  5. Experience working within a Therapeutic Framework model of care.
  6. High-level written and verbal communication skills.
