This role will be responsible for coordinating medical staff rosters, preparing and managing timesheets, monitoring overtime, and escalating staffing deficits as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate medical staff rosters and prepare schedules

• Prepare and manage timesheets, monitor overtime, and escalate staffing deficits

• Liaise with multiple departments to ensure seamless operations

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with employment conditions and award provisions

• Manage locum placements and process payroll queries



 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
  • Proven administrative experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with rostering software and payroll systems an asset
