We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our dedicated Stomal Therapy team. This role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide education and guidance to stoma patients, supporting the patient journey from pre-operative assessment into post-operative management.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred healthcare.
- Provide education and guidance to stoma patients, ensuring they receive appropriate respect, attention and expertise.
- Current registration with AHPRA - Division 1 Registered Nurse.
- Post-registration Qualifications in Stoma Therapy.
- At least 3 years full time equivalent experience working in Gastrointestinal Surgery and/or Stoma Therapy.
- Commitment to champion, educate and lead a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
