Accredited Training Specialist Role

This key role focuses on leading our accredited training programs, working closely with Registered Training Organisation partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage delivery of Grill'd qualifications to RTOs according to set Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure overall compliance of accredited programs, including contractual requirements, quality assurance, accreditation, and legislative needs.
  • Create an accredited training governance framework, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead and develop the Traineeships Coordinator.
  • Identify opportunities to improve accredited training program service offerings.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in an accredited training environment, preferably in a Registered Training Organisation or similar programs.
  • Experience with government funding education contracts.
  • Knowledge of ASQA standards.
  • Natural organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Able to present and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in people management or willingness to manage.
